Officials related to this issue argue that members of the European Union are not yet doing enough to prevent the Russian Federation from receiving technologies that are under sanctions , for their further use in weapons.

Tens of millions of euros in trade in prohibited sensitive goods continue to come from the very bloc, despite numerous rounds of sanctions.
In addition, it is noted that almost a quarter of the so-called high-priority goods worth 450 million euros, which arrived in Russia in the first nine months of last year, were sent directly from Europe.
