About the fact that a proper petition has been sent to the Shevchenkovsky District Court of the capital regarding the choice of a preventive measure for Maibozhenko, in the form of uncontested detention, writes NBN, referring to the official Telegram channel of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
According to the information available to the investigative team, yesterday, April 26, in Brovary, Maibozhenko, while driving a car, passed an intersection with a red traffic light, and then, driving to the side of the road, drove into ;group of pedestrians.
Law enforcement officers tested Maibozhenko using a Drager device; 2.31 ppm of alcohol was found in the violator’s blood (from 0.5 to 0.7 bottles of vodka).
It should be noted that four victims were to blame The official, including one 2.5-year-old child, managed to be hospitalized in time at the nearest hospital. Previously, doctors diagnosed two individuals with serious bodily injuries (placed in the intensive care unit), and two more with identical injuries, but of moderate severity.
