British heavyweight: “I'm not ending my career. I'm getting paid well for my fights”

Joyce has no plans to retire from performing just yet

Experienced British heavyweight Joe Joyce, despite a number of failures, does not plan to end his career at this time and is preparing for his next fight.

“Despite what people say about me, I never thought about ending my career and leaving the sport. Why? Because they pay well here. And I like boxing, I enjoy it,” Joyce said.

Joyce will fight Filip Hrgovic on Saturday and will try to return to winning ways after his loss to Dereck Chisora.

In total, the 39-year-old boxer has had 19 fights in his professional career (16 wins and 3 losses).
