Famous promoter Bob Arum spoke about the modern heavyweight division in boxing and recalled Ukrainian boxer Alexander Usyk .
“The heavyweight division is strong right now because other than Usyk, everyone else has lost, but they've come back. Especially Parker. He was written off, but look where he is now.
