At T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, the UFC 320 tournament concluded with a highly anticipated rematch between light heavyweight champion Magomed Ankalaev and Brazilian fighter Alex Pereira, reports Baltimore Chronicle.

Right from the opening seconds, Pereira launched an aggressive offensive, taking immediate control of the pace. Ankalaev appeared unprepared for such a rapid start and absorbed a heavy opening strike from his opponent.

The Brazilian fighter maintained relentless pressure, alternating between body and head attacks. His precise punches visibly shook Ankalaev, who then attempted to shift the fight to the ground. However, Pereira successfully resisted the takedown, quickly gained a dominant position on top, and began delivering decisive strikes.

The referee intervened and stopped the fight, declaring Alex Pereira the winner by technical knockout in the first round. With this victory, the Brazilian champion successfully defended his UFC light heavyweight title.
