Kia previews the 2027 Telluride with a modern design, larger size, and X-Pro variant ahead of its Los Angeles Auto Show debut, arriving in U.S. showrooms Q1 2026.

Kia has provided a first look at its next-generation Telluride SUV, describing the upcoming model as a “new benchmark for the brand’s design and ambition,” Baltimore Chronicle with reference to CNBC.

Since its debut in 2019, the first-generation Telluride has been one of Kia’s most successful models in the United States, consistently ranking among the most in-demand vehicles based on inventory levels. The SUV remains a critical part of the company’s U.S. lineup.

The 2027 Telluride, expected to reach U.S. showrooms in the first quarter of next year, features a larger and boxier silhouette with a modernized design compared to the current model. At the front, the SUV sports a prominent grille framed by vertical headlamps, while the rear boasts a refined design reminiscent of a Range Rover, giving the vehicle a more premium profile.

Ahead of its official debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show later this month, Kia released images of the Telluride X-Pro variant. Additional trims and details will be revealed during the event, highlighting the SUV’s three-row configuration and updated features.

Since its launch, Telluride sales have grown each year, with Kia reporting more than 444,000 units sold to date. Year-to-date sales through October are up 11%, demonstrating the vehicle’s continued popularity in the U.S. market.

The current Telluride is available in 10 trim levels, with prices starting from $36,000 to $54,000. Its sibling model, the Hyundai Palisade, received an updated version earlier this year, with starting prices ranging from $39,000 to $55,000 depending on trim.
