The Cabinet of Ministers supported the launch of “Diya.Office” for civil servants. The service will help digitalize work and make it more transparent.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
“The government supported the launch of “Diya” for civil servants – “Diya.Office”. This is a unique environment for employees of executive authorities and the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers. “Diya.Office” will help digitalize the work of civil servants and make it more transparent,” the press service writes.
What services will Diya.Office provide at the first stage:
- obtaining an electronic ID of a civil servant;
- the ability to conduct surveys and use services that will increase the effectiveness of communication;
- the ability to log in to corporate resources using “Diya.Pidpis”, which will increase the security of access to important documents or files;
- the ability to view information about the structure of government agencies and those responsible for areas.
“In the future, “Diya.Office” will contain information on the goals of each ministry and the government as a whole. There are also plans to launch a service based on the application, where there will be an assessment of the effectiveness and KPI for each civil servant – so the society will be able to evaluate both the effectiveness of his work and the relevance goals,” added the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov.
Let us remind you that RBC-Ukraine wrote that, according to Prime Minister Denis Shmygal, the Ministry of Digital Development is developing the ability to submit applications for compensation for damages or losses from Russian aggression through “Diya”.
Meanwhile, Diya has improved its driver's license replacement service. Now you can order delivery of your ID to any convenient address.
