Toastique Severna Park opening is set for Saturday, September 19, adding another health-focused café to Anne Arundel County. The Washington, D.C.-born chain will serve gourmet toasts, smoothies, juices and coffee at Park Plaza, as Baltimore Chronicle reports. The opening date and launch details are confirmed by Toastique’s official Severna Park information and local reports.
Toastique opens its second Anne Arundel County location
The new café will operate at Park Plaza on Ritchie Highway in Severna Park. It becomes Toastique’s second location in Anne Arundel County after Annapolis.
Local residents Allyson and Mo Jishi own the Severna Park restaurant. Their Annapolis café opened in May 2024. Allyson Jishi will work with her brother Chris Deli on operations at the new site.
The expansion builds on Toastique’s growing Maryland presence and targets customers looking for quick breakfast, brunch and lunch options.

From Washington, D.C. to a national café chain
Toastique began in Washington, D.C., where founder Brianna Keefe opened the first café at The Wharf in 2018. The company later moved into franchising and expanded across the United States.
The company’s website now lists more than 65 locations open. The Severna Park café extends that expansion while giving the local franchise group a second Anne Arundel County restaurant.
