Forbes has revealed the significant financial losses of Ukrainian singer Nastya Kamenskikh following the termination of her partnership with the well-known jewelry brand “Zolotyi Vik.” The contract, which had been in effect since 2021, was terminated early, reports Baltimore Chronicle with reference to Forbes.
The artist had served as the official face of the company for several years, but the brand decided to end the collaboration ahead of schedule. “Zolotyi Vik” does not disclose the exact financial terms of the contract, but Forbes, after analyzing the situation with industry experts, estimated the potential earnings.
According to their assessment, Kamenskikh’s annual income from this partnership could have reached around one million dollars, approximately 41.1 million hryvnias. Forbes emphasizes that these figures are only approximate and do not reflect the official contract terms.
Additional attention was drawn to the singer following a controversy after her performance in the United States. During the concert, Kamenskikh performed several of her old Russian-language hits, which sparked a wave of criticism online. The situation escalated after the artist stated on stage: “nèvazhno, na kakom yazikè.” For Ukrainians, this phrase was particularly sensitive in the context of the ongoing war initiated by Russia.
