Since the beginning of 2024, 375 agricultural enterprises have already received UAH 3 billion. bank loans for development. Of these, under the state program “Available loans 5-7-9”, 264 farms were financed for UAH 1 billion. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.

The largest volume of loans under various programs was received by farmers in the following regions:
- Kiev region – UAH 1.6 billion. allocated for 38 enterprises; Kharkov – 194.7 million UAH – for 20; Chernihiv – 161.5 million UAH – 16; Lviv – 145 million UAH – for 31; Dnepropetrovsk – 110.8 million UAH for 22; Vinnytsia – UAH 108 million – for 33.
Under the “Available Loans 5-7-9” program, enterprises in four regions received the most:
- Kharkov region – UAH 186.7 million allocated for 19 farms; Kyiv – UAH 128.9 million for 27; Lviv – 127.6 million UAH – for 21; Vinnytsia – UAH 92.6 million – for 25.

Preferential financing for agricultural producers under the “Affordable Loans 5-7-9” program during 2024-2025 is possible thanks to the support of the World Bank bank within the framework of the “Emergency Project for Providing Inclusive Support for the Recovery of Agriculture in Ukraine (ARISE).”
The program simplifies access for micro and small businesses to bank lending. Farmers can receive a loan of up to UAH 90 million. Lending is provided at 5−9% per annum depending on the category of the loan and the business entity.
