At the end of 2023, the volume of construction work in Ukraine increased by 22.6% compared to 2022. This was reported by the State Statistics Service.

The index of construction products in Ukraine at the end of 2023 amounted to 122.6% by 2022. Positive dynamics were observed throughout the year.
The largest increase in construction volumes was recorded in the engineering structures sector – by 32.9%. The volume of construction in the non-residential real estate sector also increased noticeably – by 20%.
At the same time, the construction of residential properties decreased by 4.6% compared to 2022.
According to the State Statistics Service , in the structure of construction the predominant share (42.9%) is occupied by capital and current repairs of premises. The share of construction of new facilities is 36.3%.
