The ships sail under the flags of Panama, Gabon and the Cook Islands. We are talking, in particular, about the vessels called “Amursky Bay” and the SCF “Pechora”.
Last month, the UK introduced its first sanctions against vessels of the Russian “shadow fleet”, which was used to circumvent Western sanctions on trade in Russian oil.
Recall that the UK and the countries of the European Union are going to take new measures against the so-called Russian “shadow fleet”, which is used to transport oil bypassing international sanctions.
