During the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on January 16, changes were made to Resolution No. 76 of January 27, 2023, regulating the issues of booking citizens during martial law, in terms of booking employees of enterprises of the military-industrial complex.
Now enterprises, institutions and organizations identified by the Ministry of Strategic Industries as critically important for the military-industrial complex can reserve a military-bound employee:
- regardless of his military rank, age and military specialty;
- no restrictions on the number of men subject to reservation.
< p>«Now enterprises of the military-industrial complex have the opportunity to reserve their military-liable workers without restrictions on the number and without taking into account the level of scarcity of their military specialty», — emphasized Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Igor Fomenko.
According to him, these changes help strengthen the potential of the military-industrial complex and will provide defense enterprises with the opportunity to operate stably and increase production volumes.
