Russia is acquiring Ukrainian Telegram channels and corrupting «dozens» influential personalities in Ukraine for the organization of «Maidan-3», said the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the MOU, Andrey Yusov.

“I cannot disclose names at the moment. We have lists of people with whom the enemy is working, and the task is to attract them to spread their propaganda and influence the socio-political situation in the country,” — he said at the beginning.
Thus, the intelligence officer confirmed the existence of lists of recruited persons in their department. We are talking about dozens of people, especially influential ones. Their goal is the maximum purchase of thousands of pages and accounts.
According to Yusov, this will be done through bot farms and existing or newly created telegram channels. Yusov emphasized that the main goal of the operation, designated «Maidan-3», — undermine the socio-political situation in Ukraine:
«This name is given in Russia. This is not the first time. Even Soviet and then Russian special services use beautiful Ukrainian or foreign words to designate their anti-Ukrainian and xenophobic actions both in Ukraine and abroad. «Maidan» for them — threat, and so they resort to this terminology to turn the situation in their favor.
