In the immediate occupation of the territory of the Luhansk region, Russians began to acquire ownership of mines and and bring all the “virizans”.
RBC-Ukraine reports this via a message sent to the Telegram channel of the head of the Lugansk regional government administration, Artem Lisogor.
At two coal mining enterprises near Dovzhansky, dismantling of equipment has begun. This mine is “Chervony Partisan” and “Dovzhanska Capital”.
All equipment available for dismantling after the arrival of new investors can be exported to the territory of the Russian Federation. At one of the mining enterprises, the releases have already been completed for the coming days.
According to Lisogor, according to the decisions of the “LPR”, the mines are transferred for free and without competitive bidding. In this way, the Russian occupiers independently decide who will entrust the shortage of coal industry in the territory of the Lugansk region.
It seems that the Russians are actively victorious in the port of Berdyansk and export the loot from the mines, seized metal, and bring in ammunition and important equipment. They have also expanded the highway near the Sea of Azov and plan to create a new plant in order to develop the Kerch town.
In addition, the occupiers illegally seized 7,800 tons of stolen grain from the port of Mariupol. Since the beginning of 2024, stench has already sent over 21 thousand tons of agricultural products to the sea. Just this year, Russia sent 5 ships with grain to Ukrainian farmers. Last year, 17 ships of stolen goods were sent from Mariupol and Berdyansk.
