On November 25, the Law of Ukraine “On the Declaration of Weapons” came into force, which allows civilians to declare unregistered weapons that can be stored during martial law and used to repel armed aggression.

Upon the end of martial law and 90 days later, the citizen will have to return the weapons received from the security and defense forces, because they are state property. Found and declared weapons can be processed into those types of firearms that will be allowed in civilian circulation.
