About the fact that the Air Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will receive from this country only a little more than two dozen multifunctional fighters F-16, writes NBN, citing a detailed interview with the head of the Ministry of Defense of the Netherlands, Kaisa Ollongren, published by Ukrinform.
According to Ollongren, in general, her country is ready to transfer 24 to Ukraine ;F-16 fighter, but only after everything is ready for this. In particular, the moment of dispatch of modern combat aircraft is directly related to the process of training Ukrainian pilots and technical personnel, and, of course, to the level of arrangement of the corresponding infrastructure in Ukraine.
In addition, the head of the Ministry of Defense of the Netherlands separately added – such a transfer is the result of joint work and joint efforts of Ukraine, Denmark, the United States of America and other partner countries in the “aviation coalition”.
