The head of the OPU in an interview with “European Pravda” spoke about holding the second Global Peace Summit. According to Yermak, the Ukrainian leadership wants the conference to take place this year. However, there are conditions without which there will be no large-scale event, NBN reports.
The head of Zelensky's Office called for not treating the summit as a world championship, as if the meetings at the advisory level are a qualifying round, the first conference is a semi-final, the second is a final, and everything will end at this event.
The official noted that he would like such a development of events, but the summit must be viewed realistically. He stressed that this will depend on how many states support Kyiv's plan, adding that the first conference demonstrated potential.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spoke about the participation of representatives of the aggressor country in the second Global Peace Summit.
