Tariffs for utilities are constantly rising, and therefore their payment is becoming “unaffordable” for pensioners.

As NBN reports with reference to the official page of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities (NKREKU), the cost of gas delivery is not directly related to the actual consumption of “blue fuel”.
According to the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities, the payment for transportation/distribution of the resource is automatically charged to all categories of household consumers who are connected to gas networks, regardless of whether the “blue fuel” is used by an ordinary citizen or a pensioner.
Thus, the only way out that allows you to avoid paying for gas delivery is to completely disconnect from the gas networks, for which you need to submit a corresponding application to your gas distribution system operator (often – “GAZMEREZHI”).
It should be noted that the process of disconnecting from the gas network involves turning off the taps or installing a special sealed plug, and for reconnection, alas, you will have to pay the “utility workers”.
Earlier we wrote about how analysts showed how the cost of the “borscht set” changed in April.
