BTS Baltimore concert traffic will reshape travel around M&T Bank Stadium on August 10 and 11, 2026. Both Arirang World Tour shows are sold out, with major crowds and limited parking expected downtown, reports Baltimore Chronicle. The changes were announced by the Baltimore City Department of Transportation and detailed in an MDOT MTA service advisory.
BTS Baltimore road closures around M&T Bank Stadium
Traffic restrictions are scheduled from about 3 p.m. until 1 a.m. on both concert dates. Russell Street Service Drive will close northbound between West and Hamburg streets. Temporary restrictions will also affect the Hamburg Street and Ostend Street bridges.
Warner Street will operate under a special traffic pattern because of existing construction. Near the end of each concert, additional restrictions will affect Hamburg Street and southbound Hanover Street.
The main changes include:
- Russell Street Service Drive closure near the stadium;
- temporary Hamburg Street Bridge restrictions;
- temporary Ostend Street Bridge restrictions;
- special traffic patterns on Warner, Alluvion, Worcester and Bayard streets;
- Hanover Street restrictions during concert egress.
Drivers should expect the greatest congestion before gates fill and immediately after the shows.
BTS Baltimore parking and driving advice
Officials recommend commercial garages and surface lots north of M&T Bank Stadium. Residential permit zones will be enforced, and illegally parked vehicles may be ticketed or towed.
Drivers arriving on I-95 North are advised to approach the stadium through Exit 53. Officials recommend avoiding Exit 52 and the approach from BW Parkway-295 because of expected delays. Drop-offs and pick-ups should use Lot O.

Planning the return trip before entering the stadium could be particularly useful. Post-concert traffic patterns will change as thousands of spectators leave simultaneously.
Public transit for BTS concerts in Baltimore
MDOT MTA is adding transportation options for the concerts. The MARC Camden Line will offer a late-night return train from Camden Station at 11:55 p.m. on both nights.
Starting at 5 p.m., Express Shuttle Buses will supplement Light Rail service from Glen Burnie/Cromwell and Timonium Fairgrounds. After each concert, shuttle buses will depart from the Convention Center Light Rail stop.
For many BTS fans, public transportation may be the simplest route into downtown Baltimore, especially without an official stadium parking pass.
