Baltimore road closures will affect several downtown streets during the Orioles’ final home series of the 2026 regular season. Temporary restrictions begin at about 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 21, 22 and 23, when Baltimore hosts Toronto at Camden Yards, as noted by Baltimore Chronicle.
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation says the schedule remains weather-dependent. Drivers should expect changing traffic patterns around Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium. Times announced by officials are approximate.
Baltimore road closures near Camden Yards
Game-day restrictions will focus on streets immediately surrounding the stadium complex.
The following closures begin at approximately 3:30 p.m. each day:
- Hamburg Street from Leadenhall Street to Paca Street;
- the northbound service lane next to M&T Bank Stadium;
- Camden Street from Paca Street to Howard Street.
The Orioles are scheduled to face the Toronto Blue Jays at 6:35 p.m. on all 3 nights. Baltimore then leaves for its final road series against the New York Yankees. The schedule is also confirmed by the Orioles’ 2026 game listings.
Downtown Baltimore lane closures Sept. 21–25
Several restrictions are separate from the baseball traffic plan. They will remain in place during the working week.

Drivers advised to plan detours before Orioles games
DOT recommends using Waze for live detour navigation. Drivers heading through downtown should also allow additional travel time.
The most practical steps are:
- check the route before entering downtown;
- avoid Camden Street and Hamburg Street near game time;
- expect heavier traffic around the stadium complex;
- consider public transportation when traveling to Camden Yards.
Traffic conditions can change quickly as game crowds arrive. Motorists, cyclists and pedestrians should follow temporary signs and instructions from transportation personnel.
