Which companies are in the register
“Today, almost 50 companies are included in this register. Most of them are from China – 14. The USA is in second place – 7 companies. “All the rest are mainly from the countries of the European Union,” he noted.
According to him, there is now a tendency that international companies that continue to operate in Russia are actively contacting NAPC, providing plans for business exit from Russia and ask not to include the company in this register.
“Literally last week, one of these companies contacted us and stated that they would provide a plan to exit Russia in order not to get on the register,” Novikov specified.

At the same time, the head of NAPC noted that there are cases when the register helped companies leave Russia, after which they were excluded from it.
“However, unfortunately, we are adding a new transnational company every week, which continues to operate in Russia and pays significant taxes to the Russian budget,” Novikov said.
Novikov recalled that the Register of International Sponsors war is a joint project of NAPC and Refinitiv, which is a partner of World-Check, a database of politically known individuals and organizations and high-risk organizations, and was created with the goal of preventing international business in the blood of Ukrainians.
