In particular, during a meeting of the Security Council, he stated that the Russian Federation’s goal of the so-called «SVO» on the territory of Ukraine has allegedly been achieved. According to him, Russia’s primary goals have been achieved, and the goal of «SVO» on «demilitarization» Ukraine seems to have been implemented.
«Considering that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have not been fighting with their weapons for a long time, we can say that the goal of our Northern Military District is to demilitarize itself “Ukraine is completed,” he said cynically.
Nebenzya expressed the opinion that the current survival of our defenders is largely due to supplies from the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance. At the same time, he deliberately avoided mentioning the fact that Ukraine also has its own weapons production.
