The engagement became public after the couple was spotted in Sydney, where photographers captured a sparkling diamond ring on Cameron’s finger. Damiano David and Dove Cameron appear to be preparing for their wedding. On October 9, the couple celebrated the second anniversary of their relationship, suggesting that the romantic proposal likely took place on that day.
On the anniversary, Cameron shared a heartfelt post on social media:
“Two best years of my life. I make myself cry at least once a week because life has become so beautiful with you. I love you in a way I cannot put into words, but I will never stop trying. Happy anniversary, my love.”
She accompanied the message with a series of affectionate photos with the musician. Damiano David replied with a touching comment: “Best part of life.”
Before his relationship with Dove Cameron, the Maneskin frontman was in a six-year romance with model Giorgia Soleri. The couple was first spotted together in September 2023, when Cameron attended the band’s concert at Madison Square Garden in New York.
