This was reported by the press service of the agency. We are talking about the head of the territorial service center of the regional service center of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Vinnytsia region, Yuriy Negay.</p> <p>NAPC notes that monitoring the official's lifestyle was initiated based on the results of independently identified circumstances.</p> <p>The audit found that between 2021 and 2023, the official purchased a number of vehicles at reduced prices and sold them at significantly higher prices, receiving significant financial benefits. The declarant's close associates were also involved in this scheme.</p> <p>In cooperation with the Asset Search and Management Agency (ARMA), it was revealed that during Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in March 2022, the official received five apartments in the resort towns of Georgia – Batumi and Bakuriani. The total area of ​​the real estate is from 37 to 87 square meters, and their cost is from 30 to 82 thousand US dollars.
