According to Dmitry Peskov, “discussing peace in Ukraine without the Russian Federation makes no sense.”
«Kiev itself formalized a ban on any negotiations with Moscow, this is an absurd situation. Moscow is for resolving the Ukrainian issue peacefully, but in the face of the reluctance of Western countries and Ukraine, Russia is fulfilling its goals through «SVO», — said Putin's press secretary.
