The dollar exchange rate at exchange offices in Ukraine continues to decline. The single European currency has also fallen in price.
RBC-Ukraine informs about this in its market monitoring reports.
As of 16 February, the average dollar sales rate in Ukraine fell by 20 kopecks to 38, 10 hryvnia, the euro exchange rate fell by 15 kopecks to 41.35 hryvnia.
In exchange offices, you buy a dollar from the average for 37.60 hryvnia, the euro for 40.65 hryvnia.
On The interbank rate today is at the level of 37.84-38.80 UAH/dollar (purchase and sale) – a decrease of 2 kopecks is equal due to the closure of the previous day.
Official rate
The National Bank of Ukraine has reduced the rate dollar. The dollar has fallen in price after four days of growth.
The official exchange rate for December 16, 2024 is set at the following level: 37.9484 UAH per 1 dollar (-0.2250 UAH).
Forecasts for the exchange rate
Financial analysts, bankers and the population have observed an increase in the dollar exchange rate over the next 12 months.
According to the information of the NBU, the population of Ukraine in the beginning of 2024 has experienced an increase in the exchange rate up to 40.13 UAH/dollar equalized with breast (39.75 UAH/dollar).
In addition, bankers in Sichny estimated the rate at the level of 41.31 UAH/dollar, and financial analysts – 40.29 UAH/dollar.
Cabinet of Ministers The budget for 2024 estimated an average rate of 40.7 UAH/dollar, until the end of 2024 the rate will be 42.1 UAH/dollar.
