Ukrenergo reported that the country's electricity consumption level remains high. Such changes are due to the traditional increase in energy consumption at the beginning of the work week, as well as cloudy weather, due to which home solar power plants have low efficiency.
Due to the difficult situation in the energy system, the company is introducing power restrictions for businesses and industry on March 4, which will be in effect from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 15:00 to 22:00. However, electricity will not be turned off for household consumers tomorrow, NBN reports.
The power system is being restored after the Russian missile and drone attacks, and repair work continues at the facilities. Therefore, citizens are asked to consume electricity sparingly throughout the day and limit the simultaneous use of several powerful household appliances.
Residents of the capital and the Kyiv region are promptly informed about changes in the electricity supply situation by the distribution system operator on the website:
DTEK Kyiv Electric Grids;
DTEK Kyiv regional power grids.
Kyiv residents can also receive notifications via the Kyiv Digital mobile application.
