Plans have been officially unveiled for Sobha SkyParks, an ambitious new skyscraper project set to transform Dubai’s skyline and rank among the city’s tallest landmarks, reports Baltimore Chronicle with reference to Sobha Realty. Standing at a projected height of 450 metres, the tower will become a defining architectural feature along Sheikh Zayed Road once completed.
The ultramodern structure will rise to 109 floors and consist of five interlinked sub-towers that merge seamlessly as they ascend. Designed with minimalist glass façades and perfectly aligned inset balconies, the tower’s visual symmetry emphasizes both luxury and engineering precision.
Sobha SkyParks will offer 684 residences, each featuring open layouts and large terraces with panoramic views of Sheikh Zayed Road, Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf. A distinctive element of the design is its four themed SkyParks, each stretching across six stories. These elevated spaces will feature immersive indoor and outdoor zones, including play areas for families, padel courts, fitness circuits, tranquil gardens, and an infinity pool deck suspended hundreds of metres above the ground.
Speaking at the project’s unveiling, Ravi Menon, Chairman of Sobha Group, described Sobha SkyParks as a bold vision for the future of urban living in Dubai. “Sobha SkyParks reflects our unwavering commitment to redefining the standards of modern architecture and design,” Menon said. “It blends timeless aesthetics with exceptional amenities, pushing the limits of luxury and innovation in the heart of the city.”
Once completed, the 450-metre structure is expected to become Dubai’s second-tallest building among currently standing towers. However, several taller projects are already in development, including the 725-metre Burj Azizi, the 555-metre Burj Binghatti, and the 500-metre Dubai Creek Tower, all of which will surpass Sobha SkyParks in height once finished.
Even so, Sobha SkyParks will rise significantly higher than the Ciel Dubai Marina Hotel, which is set to open in November 2025 and is expected to reach 377 metres, making it the tallest hotel in the world upon completion.
