The final seven places came through qualifying, which ended on August 26. UEFA says 29 clubs had already qualified directly.
Sabah, Viking and Como are among the notable newcomers to the league phase. Fenerbahçe also returns after a long absence.
When does the Champions League 2026/27 start?
The league phase begins on September 8 and ends on January 27, 2027. UEFA will publish the complete fixture list with kickoff times by August 29.

After eight matches, the top eight clubs advance directly to the round of 16. Teams ranked 9th through 24th enter the knockout play-offs.
The final is scheduled for June 5, 2027, in Madrid.
