“The United States is actively working to deliver critical weapons and ammunition to Ukraine, given the complexity of the situation on the field battle. I must admit that Russian actions are cause for concern. We need to step up,” — Ryder said.
In addition, he called on Western countries to cooperate closely with Ukraine to ensure the necessary level of security. At the same time, Ryder emphasized that Russia took advantage of the situation at the front to move forward, which is an alarming signal.
