According to the general, the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are still inferior to Putin’s occupation forces. He believes the Kremlin has invested three times more in the war than Western allies in support of Ukraine. Despite this, the defenders manage to hold back the advance of the Russian Armed Forces.
The head of the Estonian Defense Forces noted that the Russian “liberators” can continue to advance hundreds of meters, about a kilometer, but this will be accompanied by huge losses for Putin’s army .
Herem added that if Ukraine receives new air defense systems and long-range weapons, some changes at the front will be noticeable in the first half of 2024.
