More than 6.4 thousand families received preferential mortgages under the Yoselya program

In Ukraine, 6,411 families have already received preferential mortgage loans under the Oselya program for almost UAH 10 billion. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy.

Preferential mortgage

Since the beginning of the program, 6,411 Ukrainian families have already taken out loans for the purchase of housing for almost UAH 10 billion. At the same time, more than 1,000 families received loans on the terms of a mass mortgage, which since August last year has been available to all Ukrainians who do not have their own home or need to improve their living conditions.

How much was issued last week

Last week, Ukrainians received 88 loans worth UAH 134 million under the eOselya program, among which: loans at 3% were received by 55 military personnel and security forces, 8 teachers, 9 doctors and 1 scientist and 15 Ukrainians without their own homes received loans at 7% interest.

Most often, loans were taken to purchase housing on the secondary market (66 loans) and from developers (21). Also, 1 Ukrainian took out a loan to purchase an apartment under construction.

Where more loans were issued

Residents took out the most mortgage loans: Kiev region – 26, Kiev city – 9, Odessa and Sumy regions – 6 each, as well as Khmelnitsky, Rivne and Vinnytsia regions – 5 each.

The “Eoselya” program began its work in October 2022. The program is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy together with the Ministry of Digital Development and PJSC Ukrfinzhilye.
