JSC Ukrposhta warns of a significant technical failure in the operation of its IT systems. Therefore, certain company services are not available. This was reported by the company's press service.

“There has been a significant technical failure in our IT systems. Our specialists are actively working to fix the problem and restore full operation, but this may take some time,” the message says.
It is noted that the branches have the ability to issue parcels and accept payments. The provision of other services will resume later.
Earlier, the CEO of Ukrposhta Igor Smilyansky wrote in his telegram channel:
“Friends, tonight there was an attack on the information infrastructure of our partners. Therefore, there are disruptions in our work. Acceptance of payments has already been resumed throughout the country (96%), the work of the personal account and API. There may be slight delays in parcel delivery, but we do everything to minimize them. We will keep you updated on the status of the update. Thank you for your understanding!”
