Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said that there has been some progress in the process of transferring modern F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine.
In particular, on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, in a comment to journalists , the official assured that at the moment everything is going according to plan.
«We hope to transfer them as soon as possible… There is progress in these matters. We are basically going according to schedule. So this is good news», — noted Mark Rutte.
At the same time, Rutte did not name the exact number of fighters that Ukraine will receive, but assured that there will be at least 24 units.
«There will be 24 fighters, perhaps more, but — no less… We work together with the Danes and others», — emphasized the Prime Minister of the Netherlands.
We recall that it was previously reported that another country wants to sign a security agreement with Ukraine: «We should be next».
