The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is in the active process of developing the «Army+» application intended for the Ukrainian military
This information was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the words of Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Ekaterina Chernogorenko, reports URA-Inform.
«We are actively working on this. We have already announced that the launch is planned for the summer of 2024. We are currently actively working on this project. We already have a list of services that will be available from launch. We have a clear idea of which services will be available first», — Chernogorenko shared.
She emphasized that the creation of the application — This is not only the development of an interface, but also a change in regulations.
«Our first important document, the law on digitalization of the army, which the president signed, is a green light for us», — added the Deputy Minister.
According to Chernogorenko, the application will be a whole ecosystem of services, but they will be launched gradually.
< p>«The first services we are launching will be military ID and electronic reports. Electronic reports — this is an extremely important function for our military personnel», — noted the Deputy Minister.
She also said that these two functions will be available in the summer of 2024.
«Then we will work on the UBD identity service. This will be a service function so that you can get it in a convenient place. The government must respond quickly and provide services. These will be the first services in the «Army+», — she concluded.
