Nasirov was left in pre-trial detention until April 14, 2024.
The High Anti-Corruption Court left the former head of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov in custody, reducing the bail amount to 70 million hryvnia.
This is stated in the message HACS press service.
“The panel of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court extended the validity of the preventive measure for the former head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine in the form of detention. The court also determined the amount of bail – 70,001,304 hryvnia,” the report says.
Previously, the amount of bail was higher – 100 million hryvnia.
In case of posting bail, the accused is assigned procedural duties:
- to arrive when called by the court, and if it is impossible to arrive when called by the court within the specified period, notify the court in advance;
li> < li>do not leave Kiev without the permission of the court;
- notify the court of a change in your place of residence;
- refrain from communicating with persons specified in the determination;
- deposit with the relevant government authorities your passport(s) for traveling abroad, other documents giving the right to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine;
- wear an electronic means of control.
Nasirov is accused of likely receiving a bribe in the amount of UAH 722 million for VAT reimbursement to the companies of agricultural baron Oleg Bakhmatyuk. He has been in custody for 16 months.

According to the official NBU exchange rate at the time of the crime, we are talking about more than UAH 722 million.
