Russian President Vladimir Putin had a relationship with underage student Alisa Kharchova during 2010–2011, when she was only 17 years old and studying at Moscow State University. These details are revealed in the book “Tsar in Person” by journalists Roman Badanin and Mikhail Rubin, reports Baltimore Chronicle with reference to UNIAN.
According to the authors, the meeting between the politician and the young woman was not accidental but arranged by members of the pro-Kremlin movement “Nashi.” Their goal was to use the relationship as a tool of influence over Putin. In October 2010, he was presented with an erotic calendar featuring photographs of female students and applicants of MSU, including Kharchova. Following this, she began receiving phone calls from government officials arranging meetings with the then–Prime Minister.

Although important political messages were allegedly delivered to Putin through Kharchova, he reportedly ignored them. The relationship lasted about a year before it ended. As part of the breakup arrangements, Kharchova received an apartment in central Moscow and the opportunity to study at MGIMO. Her father, Vsevolod Kharchov, also benefited: since 2020, he has been receiving a salary of about 100,000 rubles per month from the Kremlin-backed organization ANO “Dialog,” headed by Vladimir Tabak — the very person who created the calendar.
Today, Alisa Kharchova goes by the surname Akhilgova, is married, and owns a tanning studio in Moscow. According to the book, she remains in contact with her former “handlers.” In 2021, Kharchova traveled to Turkey on a business jet alongside Russian media manager Kristina Potupchik.
