The Ukrainian boxer reacted emotionally to the fall of the Cameroonian MMA fighter.
The WBO, WBA, IBO and IBF heavyweight world champion Alexander Usik was shown fragments of the fight between former world champion Anthony Joshua and ex-UFC champion Francis Ngannou, in which the Briton effectively destroyed his opponent.

For Joshua, the victory over Ngannou was his fourth in a row after two defeats to Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk. The British boxer lost to the Ukrainian by decision in 2021 and 2022, losing his championship belts.
Recall that Usik is now preparing for a fight with Fury for the title of absolute world heavyweight champion. The fight was scheduled for February 17, but due to an injury that the “Gypsy King” received during one of the sparrings, it was postponed to May 18.
