In April 2024, almost 1 million internally displaced persons (IDPs) received assistance for accommodation in the amount of UAH 2.6 billion. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.

We are talking about a monthly state allowance for living expenses for IDPs, which is 3,000 UAH for persons with disabilities and children and 2,000 UAH for everyone else.
“The number of IDPs who will receive payments will increase, because some applications for extension of payments are being processed,” the message says.
The Ministry of Reintegration reminded that from the beginning of 2024 payments to IDPs totaling UAH 16 billion have already been financed.
