The National Bank applied measures of influence to LLC “FC “Y-Groshi Com” in the form of a fine for violating the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services, as well as in the form of an obligation to take measures to eliminate the violation and the reasons that contributed to its commission.< /p>

What they were fined for
Fine in the amount of 771.8 thousand UAH. applied to “FC “Ye-Groshi Com” for the following violations of the requirements of the law on the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services:
- provision of incomplete information to the consumer before concluding an agreement on the provision of financial services about the conditions for the provision of financial services ; concluding an agreement on the provision of financial services not in writing (if concluding an agreement in writing is required by law); failure to comply with statutory requirements for a consumer loan agreement; failure to comply with the requirements established by law for interaction with consumers when settling overdue debts (requirements for ethical behavior).
“FC “Y-Groshi Kom” is obliged to pay the fine within seven working days from the date of receipt of the decision of the Supervision Committee.
Also, LLC “FC “Y-Groshi Kom” is obliged to eliminate violations of the legislation on regulation of financial services markets and the reasons that contributed to the violation within the period until March 12, 2024.
The decisions come into force on 12 February 2024.
