American actress and director Angelina Jolie made an official visit to the city of Kherson, touring several medical facilities, reports Baltimore Chronicle with reference to MOST. According to local Telegram channels and confirmations from Suspilne and the MOST publication, Jolie visited a children’s hospital and a maternity ward, paying close attention to the needs of the patients and staff.
This is not Jolie’s first visit to Ukraine. On April 30, 2022, she traveled to the Lviv region, where she met with children, volunteers, and Ukrainians affected by Russian aggression. During that trip, the actress visited a hospital treating children injured in a missile attack on the Kramatorsk railway station. She also interacted with displaced persons, including passengers of an evacuation train from Pokrovsk.
