According to Tudum, the continuation of the storyline for the show’s most enigmatic couple will premiere on streaming on February 26 at 10:00 Kyiv time. Mirroring the first half, the season finale will feature four episodes, all released simultaneously for binge-watching.
Season 4’s plot reimagines elements of a Cinderella tale. In the opening episode, the free-spirited bachelor Benedict meets a mysterious young woman at a masquerade ball hosted by his mother, Violet. This encounter unsettles him and sets him on a quest to locate his Lady in Silver within high society, though he is searching in all the wrong places. The woman he seeks is Sophie Beck, a diligent maid whose presence reenters his life at the most unexpected moment. By the end of the season’s first part, it becomes clear that Benedict and Sophie perceive the world very differently.
Showrunner Jess Brownell explains that Benedict exists in a world of fantasies, while Sophie contends daily with harsh realities. Positioned at opposite ends of social and personal experience, neither can entirely change for the other; instead, both must meet halfway for their love to flourish. The final episodes of Season 4 aim to answer whether the two can bridge their differences to pursue mutual happiness.
