“To prevent system overload and repeated technical failures, the issuance will occur first of all to socially vulnerable categories of citizens and then re-receiving an SMS message about the readiness of passports for issuance,” writes the passport service.
In particular, persons awaiting the issuance of ready documents were urged to follow the rules:
- have an SMS message about readiness passports; have with you a document proving the identity of the applicant. We are also talking about an electronic passport in the Diya application; go through the verification procedure and check your personal data.
