Fines for swindlers: what amount at a time and how long to move them

In Ukraine they want to punish those who flee from mobilization ї. The Rada continues to work on bill No. 10379, which would impose increased fines for violating military regulations. This document has already been read first and is being prepared for another, but before this, having recognized the low changes.

Penalties for violating the rules of military service and legislation on defense, mobilization training and mobilization conscripts, military conscripts and reservists are subject to administrative duties. This is also in accordance with the Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses.

Such violations will result in a fine of 'fifty (850 UAH) to one hundred (1,700 UAH) non-compliant minimum incomes of citizens.

New amounts of fines

It is significant that the new bill No. 10379, which will introduce new amounts of fines for disrupting mobility and military service, has passed before the reading of the 10th quarter. After amendments are made by the relevant Committee, the document can be reviewed in the session hall of Parliament at another reading in the next hour. After that, according to the regulations and the Constitution, the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada can sign and submit the document for signature to the president, and then a month after publication, the law comes into force.

What is going on with the bill, it is clear that it will introduce increased fines for violators of military regulations and legislation on defense, military service and military service, further preparation and mobilization. It is clear that the fines for swindlers will be immediate:

  • for violating the rules of the military branch (Article 210 of the Code of Administrative Offences): a fine of 3,400 to 5,100 UAH, for repeated violation or in particular iodine – from 17,000 to 25,500 UAH;
  • for violation of the law on defense and mobilization in peacetime (210-1 KUPAP): from 5,100 to 8,500 UAH – for communities, from 17,000 to 34,000 UAH – for local and legal entities;
  • for violation of the law on defense and mobilization during wartime: from 17,000 to 25,500 UAH – for citizens, from 34,000 to 59,500 UAH – for townships and legal entities.

At the same time, for information that can be provided to the TCC from the state registries (for example, passport number, travel abroad, etc.), materials about administrative violations cannot be compiled, and even the state itself may engage in the exchange of such data, explains a member of the Committee that's food for law enforcement activities Oleksandr Bakumov.

In addition, people's deputies have transferred the term for imposing fines from the moment the offense was committed, and not later than three months from the moment the offense was discovered.

There will be no prison sentences?

Varto note that in the initial version of the draft law, which introduced order for the evasion of conscription for military service during the hour of mobilization, while passing through the examination of the medical examiner, it was proposed to establish a criminal offense The distance appears to be reduced willpower for lines from 3 to 5 days. In addition, the amount of fines the Cabinet of Ministers has made is significantly greater. Initially, it was decided to introduce a fine (for citizens) ranging from 34,000 to 85,000 thousand hryvnia for violating the law on defense and mobilization in times of peace, and in the minds of a special period – from 153 00 0 to 204,000 thousand hryvnia.

We would like to remind you that on May 18, 2024, the law on mobilization (No. 3633-IX) will come into effect, so that the authorities can be separated in the law by transport means. In this case, there will be shutdowns.
