A representative of Zelensky’s Office in his Telegram channel, commenting on the “peaceful” proposals of a terrorist state in the spring of 2022, decided to recall several well-known facts, informs “NBN.”

Adviser to the head of the OPU noted that the Russian Federation launched a war against Ukraine with the aim of seizing its territories and reformatting the state. At the first and subsequent stages of the negotiation process, Moscow begins to demand that Kyiv forever renounce the occupied territories, its own armed forces and joining military alliances.

Podolyak believes that in these demands of the Russian side one can read calls for capitulation, not a peace offering. In addition, after the “negative offensive” of the Russian Armed Forces from near Kiev, when the whole world saw the crimes of the invaders, any contacts with the terrorist state became impossible.

The official summarized that Ukraine had no real opportunity to come to an agreement with the Kremlin.

Recall that the media reported on the draft peace treaty between Kiev and Moscow, drawn up in April 2022. Journalists revealed what the Russians offered Ukraine to end the war.
