“Ukrzaliznytsia” launches a function for monitoring receipts with the possibility of auto-buyout. This service is available to the employees of the “Diya” service.
RBC-Ukraine reports about this through messages sent to the press service of “Ukrzaliznytsia” in Telegram.
It is indicated that in the future in “Ukrzaliznytsia” there will be a protest against this service From the received 3225 clients, they collected nearly 500 messages from propositions and corrections.
Now for clients authorized through the “Act.Sign”, monitoring of two types is available:
- moni toring on trains that are already on sale (with the possibility of identifying specific destinations);
- direct monitoring (with the possibility of identifying the appearance of trains between specific destinations on sale).
How designated in “Ukrzaliznytsia”, optionally monitoring a specific train can also be equipped with the function of automatic purchase of tickets.
“For those who need to enter passenger data and pay, the following information is required: when the function is activated, the cash will be withdrawn immediately, and in case of monitoring, if the required tickets are not found, the cash will be returned to the card automatically,” – Please explain to the knowledgeable person.
< p>In “Ukrzaliznytsya” specify that if necessary tickets are found, you will be able to remove push notifications from your account (also check that they are included in the settings of your profile).
“If the auto-purchase function is activated, traders receive push notifications about already purchased tickets,” informs UZ.
At the same time, Ukrzaliznytsia is ahead of the curve that monitoring and automatic purchase of tickets is not available for users Hello to/from Poland (Crimea Intersity+) and direct train Kiev – Viden. However, traders can cancel notifications about the promotion of the sale of tickets directly.
