What does the TCC focus on recruiting

Last fall, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine launched a recruiting project to the fronts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukrainians have now been given the opportunity to sign up for the army online through recruiting sites. And later, recruiting centers began to open in places across Ukraine, where military personnel can come physically.

The goal of this project, as explained in the Ministry of Defense, is to give Ukrainians the opportunity to independently recruit into any military unit and mobilize at the landing.

This itself is the main advantage the importance of recruiting through mobilization through the TCC, and after the lifting of the agenda, military personnel do not actually decide whether they will serve in any plant.

“Our goal is to do everything possible so that people who are going to serve in a specific military unit can effectively spend there. This is the purpose of this initiative,” explained Oleksiy Bezhevets, recruiting coordinator for the Ukrainian and the army of the Ministry of Defense.

How to mobilize through recruiting

Ukrainians have several options on how to mobilize to the army through recruiting. The first is online, the other is through recruiting centers in Ukrainian cities.

Today, the Ministry of Defense is working with online Maidan activists in search of robots, through which Ukrainians can submit an application to the Ukrainian army. This is LobbyX, work.ua, robota.ua, olx and the Unified vacancy portal of the State Employment Service.

To mobilize online, just open one of these sites, contact your specialty, after wow show me the platform Available for today's vacancies. Then you just need to contact your contact and submit your resume. After this, you will no longer have to check the line.

Another option is to come to the recruiting center. There are recruiters there who can provide information about vacancies in the army, provide consultations and conduct career tests. Recruiters also carry out the entire process until military recruits are recognized as permanent employees in the army.

An important point is that recruiting centers are not associated with the TCC and civilians work there. And also – in recruiting centers they do not serve notices to those who come there to get information or find out about their place in the army.

In summary, the algorithm for enrolling in the military service through recruiting looks like this:
