An urgent need for connective tissue now exists in the Kharkov Regional Blood Service Center and in the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Blood Transfusion Station.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.
“During the war, the need for blood increased significantly. Do not interfere and schedule a donation in your city. Now an urgent need for blood has arisen in the Kharkov Regional Blood Service Center and the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Blood Transfusion Station,” the message says.
It is indicated that O(I) Rh(–) – Rh-negative blood of the first group is needed.
The Ministry of Health added that the needs for donor blood are dynamic and change daily depending on the circumstances.

As Ukrinform reported, the Ukrainian Center for Transplant Coordination emphasized that the country needs to replenish the supply of blood and its components regularly, because there is a need for them permanent.
Citizens are encouraged to respond to calls from Blood Centers and come for donation.
