In February and January, the National Health Service paid medical institutions more than 21 billion UAH in four areas of medical care.
The NHSU reported this on Facebook, reports Ukrinform.
"21.25 billion UAH were paid by the NHSU to medical care providers under the Medical Guarantee Program for January and February 2024. In particular, by type of assistance: Specialized medical care – UAH 14.7 billion; Primary health care – UAH 3.9 billion; Emergency medical care – UAH 1.7 billion; Reimbursement – 764.6 thousand UAH, – the message says.
The National Health Insurance Fund recalled that the Medical Guarantee Program 2024 includes 44 packages of services and covers all main types of medical care: primary, specialized care, emergency , palliative care and rehabilitation in the healthcare sector for both adults and children.
You can find contracted medical institutions on the “Concluded contracts&rdquo dashboard. on the NSZU website in the “E-data” section. Also, the address of hospitals will be provided by the operator of the NHSU contact center at number 16-77.
As Ukrinform reported, the Medical Guarantee Program for 2024 began to operate on January 1, its budget is more than 159 billion hryvnia, of which 5, 2 billion hryvnia allocated for reimbursement of medicines.
